Unravel and find suppleness...

You’ve run the race, now slow down, roll out your mat and find a slower pace. This 30-minute yoga workshop breaks down simple ways to work within your body’s limits to find your way into an appropriate balance between your strength and flexibility and explore possibilities safely, helping you refresh and rebalance after pumping the legs through the 5km run.

The class will be a delicious slow flow that will focus on finding suppleness in the psoas (hip flexor) as well as the quadriceps, hamstrings and hips. The workshop is designed to help you open to find juicy release and liberation in your worked muscles from your run with lightness and grace. We will work together to explore some fun and accessible poses with key alignment points for safe practice and understanding so you can intelligently explore your practice.
